If you’re wondering whether homes are still selling during this strange time, then answer is YES! During the last 8 weeks, 17 listings that Imagine Gurus has consulted on or staged have gone under contract!
Here’s the breakdown:
- 10 listings under contract in 2-7 days
- 3 listings under contract in 14-16 days
- 4 listings under contract in an average of 41 days
From what we’ve noticed, inventory is lower than it should be and buyers are more serious. This is a great combination for sellers, so encourage your sellers to list sooner rather than later.
Imagine Gurus is here to serve you and your clients in the following ways:
- For your Vacant Listings, we are still here to implement Vacant Staging! This will be done with social distancing in mind, so we ask that no one else be in the home while we are staging. Upon arrival and departure, we will disinfect door knobs, light switches, and surfaces commonly touched in the home.
- For your Occupied Listings, we can conduct Staging Consultations as always, utilizing social distancing, masks, and disinfecting anything we touch during the consultation.
- For your Occupied Listings where clients would feel more comfortable having it conducted virtually, we do an E-Staging Consultations. These are conducted via FaceTime or Skype and still include the Profit List / Report. Your sellers will have a game plan to prepare their listing for market, with personalized advice, just as always.
